Missi means mixture. We Indians are fond of incorporating different flours to make chapati and paratha as this technique enhances the taste and nutritional value too. This healthy and traditional punjabi flatbread combines the goodness of chickpea flour and wheat flour and combined with flavorful ingredients.

These soft and crispy missi chapatis are likes as light and healthy breakfast and an excellent tiffin recipe for children. Missi roti tastes superb with dal makhani, semi dry gravy vegetables or raita. However, it is served with fresh butter and yogurt and mangoes in summer. Tomato or mango chutney goes well with it.

Do try and enjoy this yummy and mouth watering recipe and roll out some perfect missi rotis.
