Green Peas Paratha Recipe - Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all make dough from whole wheat flour by adding salt in it.
  2. Now slightly mash green peas in a bowl.
  3. Add green chili pepper, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt in it.
  4. Make a medium size ball from the dough and roll it in 3 inch size.
  5. Now put 3 teaspoon peas mixture over it and seal it.
  6. Dust it with dry wheat flour and roll it in 6 inch size.
  7. Bake it over hot tava by applying ghee at both the surfaces of paratha.
  8. Crispy peas paratha is ready to serve hot with pickle, chutney, tomato sauce or curd.
Recipe Notes
  1. You can also use frozen peas. But fresh green peas gives better taste in paratha.
