Step by Step Cooking Method
  1. First of all, add chopped onion in mashed potatoes.
  2. Then add Chili powder.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. Add Garam Masala.
  5. Add salt in it.
  6. Mix it well, so that you can stuff it in your Paratha.
  7. Now, roll a wheat flour dough ball, in a Roti of approximately 3 inch size.
  8. Stuff this Roti with a fist of potato-onion mixture.
  9. Seal it well as a dumpling.
  10. Apply wheat flour over this dumpling at all the surfaces, so that you can roll it again.
  11. Now roll it gently up to a desired size. Excess pressure of rolling pin can tear the Paratha, so you have to roll it carefully and gently.
  12. Put it on pre-heat Tava to bake it.
  13. Apply Ghee over both the surfaces of Paratha and bake it well.
  14. Wow! Your delicious, crispy, potato-onion Paratha is ready. You can enjoy it with curd or any pickle, chutney or tomato sauce.
Recipe Notes

Note:- For stuffed Paratha, we always need finely chopped or properly mashed or minced  vegetables. Big pieces of vegetables could tear Paratha.
