Garlic cheese recipe is a very delicious recipe to make at home. You can serve it hot as main course dish or as sabzi with Roti, Paratha, Poori or any kind of breads.

This cheese recipe is pure vegetarian recipe. It is prepared with cheese, garlic, onion, and some spices. Garlic cheese recipe is easy and quick recipe which you can also prepare for your guests for lunch or dinner in minutes.

Garlic Cheese Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add dry red chili pepper and chopped garlic in it and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.

  3. Now add onion in it and cook it on medium flame for another 2 minutes.

  4. Now add 1/2 cup of water and red chili sauce in it and let it cook for 1 minute.
  5. Your onion is now half cooked, so add cheese in it and let it also cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Meanwhile stir it or toss it once or twice.
  6. Add capsicum, soya sauce, salt and black pepper powder in it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  7. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock in it and mix it well. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Add white vinegar for a little sour and tangy flavor and mix it well. Let it simmer for 1 more minute and then remove your garlic cheese from flame.
  9. Serve this garlic cheese hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha, Poori or any kind of breads in main course.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you don't have vegetable stock ready with you, then you can boil 4 cloves, 1 bay leaf and 1/2 cup of green leaves of onion in 1 cup of water at low flame and sieve it when it remains half.
