  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.

  2. When milk starts boiling, add all the dry fruits and lotus seeds in it. And let it cook on low flame for few minutes.

  3. Stir your dry fruit kheer at short intervals so that it will not stick to the bottom of the pan.
  4. When the milk become little thick and remains approx 750 ml, add sugar in it. Let it boil on low flame for 5 more minutes.
  5. Now, take it off the flame.
  6. Add cardamom powder and saffron in it.
