Mint onion raita recipe (पुदीना और प्याज़ का रायता) is a condiment recipe from Indian cuisine. It is made by beaten yogurt, onion rings and mint paste of fresh mint leaves. Some spices are also used in this raita recipe to add various flavors.

  1. Beat the yogurt very well.
  2. Cut the onion in rings and soak in tap water for 5 minutes.
  3. Make thick paste from fresh mint leaves.
  4. Add the mint paste, all the spices and onion rings in the beaten yogurt.
  5. A very good summer recipe from yogurt is ready. Serve it chilled with paratha, biryani, pulao etc.
