Instant Chilli Pickle : Step by Step
  1. Heat oil in a Kadahi or wok, and crackle asafetida, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and black mustard seeds.
  2. Add diced green chili pepper and all the spices in it and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add a very small amount of water in it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes with covered lid.
  4. Hot and spicy mirchtipora is ready. You can serve it hot or at room temperature with Dal-Bati or Roti, Paratha etc.
