  1. First of all heat oil in a pan until it fumes.
  2. Now switch off the flame and let it come at moderate temperature.
  3. Add all the ingredients in warm oil.
  4. Mix all the ingredients properly and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Then store it in a dry and air tight jar.
  6. You can use this delicious pickle till 15- 20 days.
