Banana Kheer Recipe : Step by Step
  1. Mix cashew powder in milk and cook it till it remains three-fourth.
  2. Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder in it and cook on low flame till sugar dissolves in it completely.
  3. You may need to stir it occasionally.
  4. Now switch off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Cut 1 banana in slices and mash the other banana.
  6. Add these bananas in the cooked milk and mix thoroughly.
  7. Delicious and nutritious banana kheer is ready. Garnish this kheer with almond-pistachio chips and serve at room temperature or chilled.
