Vermicelli Kheer Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, heat 1 tsp ghee in a karahi and roast vermicelli in it until pink.
  2. Now boil milk in a pan. When milk starts boiling then add sugar, raisins and saffron in it.
  3. When sugar dissolve completely in milk then add roasted vermicelli in it and let it cook on medium flame until it becomes thick. Stir it occasionally.
  4. Now, add all the remaining ingredients in it and mix it well.
  5. Delicious vermicelli kheer is ready. You can serve it hot or chilled during the main course or as a dessert.
