Sesame Tamarind Pulao Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all dry roast sesame seeds till pink.
  2. Then heating oil in a pan and frying onion.
  3. Fry onion till golden brown.
  4. Now heat oil in a wok and cook ginger garlic paste for few minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add turmeric powder and red chili powder in it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  6. When oil separates then add tamarind pulp, boiled rice, roasted sesame seeds and salt in it. Mix it well and remove from the flame.
  7. Delicious tamarind pulao is ready. Garnish it with fried onion and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
  8. It will add delicious flavor from South India in your meals.
