Kadai Paneer Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Let’s start kadai paneer recipe with the preparation of gravy.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger-garlic paste and cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add onion paste and cook until light brown.
  4. Meanwhile dry roast coriander seeds and dried red chili peppers.
  5. Now add tomato puree, green chili paste, salt and turmeric powder in it.
  6. Also add green capsicum and diced onion in it and cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes, add red chili powder, garam masala and small amount of water in it. Mix the gravy properly and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Delicious and flavored gravy is cooked, so add cheese cubes in it, mix it well.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with Indian flat breads.
