  1. First of all wash carrot pieces thoroughly and spread them on a muslin cloth and let them dry for 2 hours.
  2. Add carrot and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix properly.
  3. Now pour mustard oil in a jar and add carrots. Shake the jar very well.
  4. Keep this jar in direct sunlight for 2 days.Keep shaking it frequently.
  5. Your tasty carrot pickle will ready to eat in 2 days.
