Natural turmeric powder ointment can be applied on all joints and muscles. It gives very quick relief in joint and muscular pains and sprains.

  • Take 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  • Add 1 tsp powdered sugar, 2 pinches of plaster of paris and little amount of water to it.
  • Mix it well to make a thick paste.
  • Apply this natural turmeric ointment over affected joints and nearby muscles and let it dry. Then cover it with cotton and secure it with a bandage.
  • Apply it daily at night before going to bed and wash it in morning with tap water.

It can be used from 7 to 30 days as per requirement. It cures  joint and muscular pains very quickly.

  • Take 1 tsp carom seeds powder.
  • Add salt as per taste to it and mix it well.

Take it daily up to 1 month in morning on an empty stomach with lukewarm water. It gives great relief in joint pain rapidly.

  • Take 200 ml water.
  • Add 2 tsp fenugreek seeds to it and boil it properly.
  • Sieve it when it remains half.
