Mango Smoothie Recipe in Detail
Put mango pieces in a blender or mixer.
Add curd and sugar in it.
Blend it properly.
Now, add crushed ice in it and blend again for 1 minute.
Serve it chilled.
Garnish your Mango Smoothie with cardamom powder, almond and pistachio chips.
Recipe Notes
Fresh Alphonso mango is best for this mango smoothie recipe. But in case of unavailability, you can use canned Alphonso mango or any other variety of mango.
You can adjust the quantity of sugar according to sweetness (or sourness) of mango and curd.
