  1. Blend 2 cups deseeded watermelon.
  2. Add 3 tea spoon fresh lemon juice in it.
  3. Add 2 tea spoon roughly chopped mint leaves in it and mix properly.
  4. Pour this mixture in popsicle molds and freeze it for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Delicious and healthy watermelon popsicle with lemon juice and mint is ready.
