Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, boil potatoes, cut in half and peel. Then scoop the potatoes with the help of spoon. Collect the pulp extracted from scooping the potatoes.
  2. Now, mix grated cheese, fresh pomegranate seeds, raisins and cashew nut pieces in the potato pulp. Then, add Garam Masala and salt in it and mix it well.
  3. Masala is ready for stuffing.
  4. Now, stuff this masala in scooped potatoes and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Then, dip the upper surface of stuffed potatoes in corn flour batter and shallow fry these potatoes in oil. The corn flour batter will protect the stuffing of potatoes to come out, while frying.
  6. Take out potatoes from oil, when the potatoes turn light brown.
Preparation of Cashew Nut Gravy
  1. Heat 2 tea spoon oil in a pan and add cashew nut paste, fresh cream and milk. Then mix it well.
  2. Let the gravy cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile stir it, so that it will not stick at the bottom of the pan.
  3. You can add water, if the gravy is too thick.
  4. Finally, add salt in gravy and mix well.
  5. Now, your stuffed potatoes and gravy are ready. Its now time to serve the delicious vegetable.
  6. Put hot gravy in a bowl. Add a fried stuffed potato in it, and garnish it with pomegranate seeds.
Recipe Notes
  1. You can also add boiled green peas in stuffing.
  2. Serve this vegetable hot.
