Step by Step Instructions
  1. Rinse whole red peppers and wipe with a dry cloth. Now slit the peppers lengthwise.
  2. Mix crushed fennel seeds, split yellow mustard seeds, grounded black mustard seeds, salt, red chili powder and vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Stuff this mixture in whole red peppers.
  4. Put the stuffed red peppers in a Jar.
  5. Pour pre-boiled (and cooled at room temperature) mustard oil in the Jar.
  6. Press down the red peppers with the help of a spoon so that the peppers will properly immerse in oil.
  7. Your red pepper pickle will ready to eat within 2-3 days.
Recipe Notes

Note:-

  1. Wipe red peppers properly after rinsing, otherwise fungii will develop in pickle.
  2. You can easily preserve and consume this pickle for 6 months, if you keep it at clean, cool and dry place.
  3. Always use a clean and dry spoon to take out the pickle, otherwise fungii may develop in pickle.
