How To Make Potato Kofta
  1. Boil potatoes and peel.
  2. Mash your potatoes and add all the ingredients except gram flour and oil.
  3. Make medium size balls from this potato mixture.
  4. Make gram flour batter in a bowl and add salt and red chili powder as per taste.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadahi.
  6. Cover potato balls in gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  7. Serve potato kofta hot with coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
Recipe Notes

In the season of green peas, you can also add 2-3 tsp green peas in potato mixture. It will make your potato kofta more delicious.
