Paneer Pakora Recipe – Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, cut paneer in 1.5 inch size.
  2. Now, slit all the paneer pieces lengthwise.
  3. Stuff chat masala to taste inside the slits. You can also stuff coriander chutney in paneer pieces.
  4. Add all the spices in gram flour and make a thick batter by adding water.
  5. Heat oil in a kadahi.
  6. Immerse all paneer pieces in gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil at medium temperature.
  7. When pakoras will turn golden brown then take out from the kadahi and put on tissue paper.
  8. Yummy paneer pakora is ready.
  9. Serve these pakora hot with coriander chutney, tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
