  1. Soak rice for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, Heat oil in a karahi and add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, mint and coriander paste in it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  3. After 5 minutes, add rice, salt, cumin seeds powder and water in it and mix it well.
  4. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  5. After 10 minutes, add lemon juice, chopped almonds and walnuts in the pulao and mix it well.
  6. Switch off the flame. Your delicious nuts and herbs pulao is ready.
  7. Serve it hot.
