Step by Step Instructions
  1. Boil noodles in 5 cups of water with 1 tea spoon oil. Blanch the boiled noodles so that the noodles may not stick together when get cool.
  2. Now, beat curd in a bowl.
  3. Add boiled noodles, fried cheese cubes and remaining ingredients in this curd and put it aside.
  4. Heat 2 tea spoon oil in a pan and temper Urad dal, cumin seeds and whole red chillies in it.
  5. Pour it in Noodles Raita.
  6. Delicious Noodles Raita is ready.
Recipe Notes

Note:

  1. You can garnish your noodles raita with chopped coriander leaves or can serve it directly.
  2. You can skip red chilli, if you are preparing raita for kids.
  3. You can also serve this raita without tempering.
  4. You can replace cucumber with Zucchini.
