Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, make dough from whole wheat flour, salt and water.
  2. Then, make a medium sized ball from wheat flour dough. Dust it from dry flour.
  3. Now, roll it in 3 inch size and apply 1/2 tea spoon ghee on its upper surface.
  4. Stuff it with 2 tea spoon sugar (as shown in above video) and pack it well to make its dumpling.
  5. Dust it well with dry flour and roll it gently in 6 inch size.
  6. Heat a Tava and grease it with Ghee, and then, bake your sugar paratha over it from both the sides till golden brown.
  7. Apply Ghee over both the surfaces of paratha while baking it from both the sides.
  8. Your crispy Meetha Paratha (sugar paratha) is ready.
Recipe Notes

Note:

  1. Always serve Sugar Paratha hot, because it becomes hard when it cools.
  2. For make it more healthier, you can replace sugar with grated jaggery.
  3. You can replace Ghee with Vegetable Oil.
