  1. First of all grate bottle gourd and squeeze it.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except Ghee).
  3. Add a small amount of water in it and make a tight dough.
  4. Take a handful amount of this mixture and make muthia by pressing it between palm and fingers (as shown in video).
  5. Now, heat ghee in a karahi and deep fry all muthia on medium flame till golden brown.
  6. Delicious Lauki Muthia is ready. Serve it hot or at room temperature with coriander chutney and curd.
Recipe Notes
  1. You can also add raisins and cashew nuts in it.
