Jaipuri Dry Fruits Pulao Recipe:
  1. First of all wash rice and soak in water for 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. Add Ghee, Rice, Milk and Saffron in a heavy bottom pan and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Now add all the ingredients in it except cashew nuts. Mix it well and let your rice cook on low flame.
  4. When rice is completely cooked and entire milk gets absorbed by rice, then add cashew nuts in it and serve your wonderful pulao.
