Green Veg Spring Roll Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix chickpea flour, whole wheat flour and refined wheat flour.
  2. Add turmeric powder, salt and oil in it and make a tight dough by adding water as per requirement.
  3. Cover dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Meanwhile prepare stuffing mixture.
  5. Mix all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl.
  6. Make a medium size ball from the dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  7. Put 2 teaspoon stuffing mixture over it and spread it evenly. Now roll it and seal it properly.
  8. Heat oil in a karahi. Deep fry rolls in it at medium flame till golden brown.
  9. Cut the fried rolls in desired size.
  10. Yummy, spicy green veg spring rolls are ready to serve hot with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

  1. This green veg spring roll recipe is a North Indian recipe therefore gram flour (chickpea flour) is used in it. You can also use Maida flour or refined wheat flour instead of gram flour.
