Boondi Raita Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, soak boondi for 10 to 15 minutes in water.
  2. Meanwhile, beat yogurt by mixing water in it to bring it at the consistency of milk.
  3. Add all the spices in this beaten yogurt and mix it well.
  4. Squeeze boondi between palms with light pressure to drain the extra water of boondi.
  5. Add this boondi in yogurt and your delicious boondi raita will ready.
  6. Serve it cold or chilled.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you can't wait for 15 minutes to soak boondi in water, then you can soak it in lukewarm water for 5-7 minutes. But best is to soak boondi in plain water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. You can also use masala boondi in your raita for extra spicy taste.
