Beetroot Raita Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Beat the curd properly.
  2. Add grated beetroot and all the spices to this curd except mustard seeds and oil.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Crackle mustard seeds in it and immediately pour it over curd to temper your raita. Mix it well.
  5. Serve the beetroot raita with biryani, pulao or paratha. It will double the taste of your meal.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you are using thick curd, then you can add some amount of water in it.
