- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- Add 1 tsp powdered sugar to it.
- Add 1 pinch of plaster of Paris to it.
- Add some water to it and mix it well to make a thick paste.
- Apply this paste over affected area before you go to sleep at night. Leave it over night and wash it in morning with plain water.
- Doing it daily cures Achilles tendon in few days.
Achilles Tendon – Natural Home Remedy – 2
- Ginger tea is a good medicine for Achilles tendon.
- Take 1 cup of boiling water.
- Add 10 thin sliced pieces of fresh ginger to it and let it cool.
- Sieve it when it becomes lukewarm.
- Add 1/2 tsp honey to it and mix it well.
- Drinking this ginger tea 2-3 times a day cures Achilles tendon rapidly.

- Water is a great natural medicine.
- Take a bucket of lukewarm water.
- Add 1/2 cup Epsom salt in it and mix it well.
- Keep your leg dipped in this lukewarm water for 15 to 20 minutes.
