4. Be ready with your computer, internet connection, webcam, headphone and mic.
5. Accept invitation and start Live Video Chat With Sonia.

General Policies, Terms and Conditions

1. The Live Chat will also be recorded and automatically uploaded to our YouTube channel “ekunji” at the end of the Hangout for subsequent viewing.

2. By using Hangouts On Air, you accept and agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service, the Google+ user content and conduct policy, the privacy policy, the YouTube terms of service, as well as the additional terms and conditions mentioned here. It is important for you to read each of these policies, terms and conditions.

3. By participating in Hangout and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal, you grant ekunji a right and license to host, cache, route, transmit, store, copy, modify, stream, publicly perform, communicate to the public, display, reformat, excerpt, analyze, and otherwise exploit, use and make available the Live Content (which includes content provided by you or by any other participant in the Hangout, including the sound recordings and compositions embodied therein, if any) worldwide. You agree that this license includes a right for ekunji to make such Live Content available to other companies, organisations or individuals with whom ekunji has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Live Content in connection with the provision of those services. You confirm and warrant to ekunji that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant this license.

4. You are responsible for procuring: (i) all necessary rights, licenses, consents and clearances, including without limitation any payments to recording artists, music publishers, writers, actors, producers, record labels and all other royalty participants arising from ekunji’s use and exploitation of the Live Content, and (ii) public performance, synchronization, communication to the public, and making available licences whether controlled by a local collecting society or otherwise, worldwide. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding live streaming of the Live Content (including content provided by you or by any other participant in the Hangout) worldwide.

5. Age and Relationship

You must be above the legal age of majority (or above the age of 18, whichever is higher) to participate in Hangout and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal. In addition, you confirm that you are the owner of the entity listed on your Google+ page/profile or an authorized agent who is able to bind others on behalf of the entity.

6. Content

You are responsible for the entity listed on your Google+ page/profile. In particular, this means that you must comply with all applicable laws and industry best practices when operating and promoting your entity, including obtaining all applicable licenses and approvals; ensure your content is lawful, correct, up-to-date and complete; and supply all required disclaimers, warnings, and notices. In addition, you must comply with the Google+ User Content and Conduct Policy and any other policies or guidelines for Hangout. These policies and guidelines become part of your agreement with us regarding participation in My Voice – My Key Forum, Hangout and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal.

7. You may only broadcast or share content during Hangout On Air and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal, that you have the right to broadcast. If you tries to stream copyrighted content without authorization, we will block you and remove you from the broadcast.

8. While ekunji is not responsible for your entity, identity and content, you understand that we have the right, but not the obligation, to moderate the content you supply via Hangout and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal. Furthermore, we may not choose to display your content, may choose to show only an edited version of your content, or may choose to show content from an alternate source in place of your content.

9. Hate Speech

Our Hangout, My Voice – My Key forum and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal are platforms for free expression. But we don’t support content that promotes or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics. This can be a delicate balancing act, but if the primary purpose is to attack a protected group, the content crosses the line.

10. Sexually Explicit Material

11. Harassment and Bullying

Online harassment is also illegal in many places and can have serious offline consequences.

12. Violence

Do not distribute depictions of graphic or gratuitous violence.

13. You are strictly prohibited from communicating on or through the Hangout, My Voice – My Key forum and Live Video Chat With Sonia Goyal any unlawful, harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, libelous, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, fraudulent, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any sort, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
